Refund & Return Policy

1. 7-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, tags, and the invoice.

2. How to Request a Return

1. WhatsApp or email us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Share a short unboxing video / photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. We will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable, or share a pre-paid courier label.
4. Once we receive and inspect the product (1–3 business days), we initiate the refund.

3. Refund Timeline

• UPI / bank transfer refunds: 3–5 business days after inspection.
• You will receive a confirmation message with the UTR / reference number.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, washed, or installed.
• Items returned without original packaging, manuals, or accessories.
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorised repair.
• Items marked “Final Sale” or part of clearance offers.

5. Warranty

Every CoolYatra product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are repaired or replaced free of charge; consumables (filters, batteries after 6 months) are excluded.

6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. After dispatch, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return per the 7-day policy above.
