1. Acceptance

By accessing or buying from CoolYatra you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law to place an order.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to display accurate product images, specifications, stock, and prices, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel orders affected by obvious mispricing, with a full refund.

4. Orders & Payments

• An order is confirmed only after we receive your UPI payment and verify the transaction.
• You authorise us to validate the UPI transaction ID and screenshot you submit.
• We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stockouts, courier-restricted PIN code) and refund any amount paid.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines and fees are described on our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the courier hands over the package at your delivery address.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns and refunds are handled per our Refund & Return Policy. Every product carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it through automated means, reverse-engineer it, infringe our intellectual property, or upload unlawful content or fraudulent payment proofs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — logos, product photography, copy, and design — is owned by CoolYatra or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international IP laws. You may not reuse it without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent allowed by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CoolYatra's total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
