Shipping Policy

1. Coverage

We ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes via our courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Shadowfax, India Post). International shipping is not currently available.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days.
• Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 4–6 business days.
• Remote / North-East / hilly regions: 6–9 business days.

Orders placed before 2 PM IST are dispatched the same business day; later orders are dispatched the next business day. We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• A flat fee of ₹59 applies on orders below ₹999.
• No hidden charges — taxes are included in the displayed product price.

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS / WhatsApp / email with the courier name and tracking number. You can also reply to that message anytime for a status update.

5. Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to weather, strikes, regional restrictions, or courier capacity. We will proactively notify you of any delay over 48 hours beyond the original ETA.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your parcel arrives tampered or damaged, refuse delivery if possible and record an unboxing video. Contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and ship a replacement quickly. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping will incur a fresh shipping fee.
